Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order quantity for chairs?
MOQ starts at 6 pcs per model. Different models can share one container, and mixed colours or fabrics within a model are accepted, so a small buyer is not forced into a full container of a single SKU.
Can I mix several chair models in one container?
Yes. Most orders ship as a mixed container of several models, colours and finishes. The per-model MOQ still applies, and we plan the loading to keep the CBM inside a 20'GP or 40'HQ.
How long does sampling take?
7–12 days for an existing model, about 10 days for a new design developed from a sketch, photo or physical sample. CAD drawings are issued before tooling starts.
What is the mass production lead time?
30–35 days after sample approval and deposit for a 40'HQ. Repeat orders usually run 25–30 days because tooling and specifications are already on file.
Do you manufacture our own design (OEM / ODM)?
Yes. Drawing-based customization is the core service: send drawings, photos or a physical sample, we sign an NDA, produce CAD drawings and open any tooling needed. Tooling cost is refunded once the agreed volume is reached.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. L/C at sight for full container orders. PayPal or Western Union for samples and small orders.
Which standards do your chairs meet?
Seating is tested to EN 12520 / EN 16139 for domestic and contract use and BIFMA X5.1 for office chairs, with CA TB117 foam and REACH-compliant finishes on request. The workshop is SGS verified onsite.
Where is the factory and how large is it?
Longjiang, Foshan, Guangdong, China — a 20,000 m² workshop with 320 workers, founded in 2010. Visits and video audits are welcome.
What is your production capacity?
About 600,000 chairs per year, shipped to 62 countries. Main markets are Africa, North America and Western Europe.
Which chair types do you manufacture?
Nine ranges: wooden chairs, iron chairs, leisure chairs, stainless steel chairs, bar chairs, outdoor chairs, commercial restaurant chairs, commercial tables and tatami chairs — 2,000+ models in total.
Which materials and finishes are available?
Solid wood (ash, oak, walnut, beech, rubberwood), iron and stainless steel frames, rattan and rope weave, plus fabric, velvet, chenille, PU and leather upholstery. Colour, stain and size are customisable.
What shipping terms do you offer?
EXW Foshan as standard, or DDP to your port or warehouse. Chairs ship knocked-down or stackable where the frame allows, which cuts CBM per seat and is usually the biggest lever on landed cost.
Do you supply spare parts and a warranty?
Yes. Every order ships with spare hardware, and seating carries a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Can I get a sample chair before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Sample chairs are available for most models and ship in 7–12 days; the sample cost is quoted together with your bulk price.
How quickly do you answer enquiries?
