A factory. Metal work, wood work, upholstery, packing and testing are all done in our own 20,000 m² facility in Longjiang, Foshan, Guangdong. You are welcome to visit or take a live video tour.

Yes — this is most of our business. Send drawings, photos or a physical sample. We sign an NDA, produce CAD drawings, open tooling and keep it exclusively for you. See the OEM / ODM process.

7–12 days for a prototype in your chosen fabric and finish. Sample cost is usually 1.5–2× the EXW unit price plus express freight, and it is refunded once the bulk order is placed.

30–35 days after sample approval and deposit for a 40′HQ. Repeat orders are usually 25–30 days because tooling and specs are already on file.

EN 12520 and EN 16139 for domestic and contract seating, BIFMA X5.1 for office chairs, CA TB117 / BS 5852 for foam, ISO 9001 quality system and FSC-certified timber. Third-party SGS / TÜV / Intertek reports available.

T/T 30% deposit, 70% against copy of B/L. L/C at sight for full container orders. PayPal or Western Union for samples and small orders.

Yes. Most buyers combine dining chairs, bar stools and lounge chairs in one 40′HQ to spread the freight. We calculate the loading plan before quoting so you see the landed cost per piece.

Yes. We provide FBA-compliant packaging, carton labels, barcode printing and can ship DDP to your warehouse in the EU, UK, US or Australia.

Report with photos within 30 days of receipt. We review, confirm and either send free replacements in the next shipment or issue a credit note, depending on the case.
