Metal shop — tube cutting, CNC bending, robotic welding, grinding
Powder-coating line — 60 m conveyor, 200+ RAL colours on request
Wood shop — kiln drying, CNC shaping, steam bending, sanding
Foam & sewing — CNC foam cutting, 40 sewing stations
Upholstery — 6 assembly lines, contract and residential grades
Packing — carton printing, drop-test, container loading supervision

Our in-house lab runs the mechanical and material tests that European and North American buyers ask for. Reports are shared with every shipment.
