Nothing critical is outsourced. That is why we can adjust a dimension or a finish in days, and why our quality stays consistent across repeat orders.

  • Metal shop — tube cutting, CNC bending, robotic welding, grinding
  • Powder-coating line — 60 m conveyor, 200+ RAL colours on request
  • Wood shop — kiln drying, CNC shaping, steam bending, sanding
  • Foam & sewing — CNC foam cutting, 40 sewing stations
  • Upholstery — 6 assembly lines, contract and residential grades
  • Packing — carton printing, drop-test, container loading supervision

We plan the carton size and stacking pattern before quoting, so the landed cost per chair is clear from the start.
